QMC Parents' Association

The QMC Parents' Association is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive school community. Made up of whānau from Preschool to Year 13, we organise various events to provide you with opportunities to actively participate in school life. Our goal is to ensure that the QMC whānau feels authentically connected and supported. 

Led by President Alana Bicknell the QMC Parent's Association is a team of dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive parents who care deeply about the QMC community.


"As an association, our purpose is to support our families and students through initiatives such as the Second Hand Uniform Sale, Regifting of equipment and Resources for Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) to enable student participation in school activities and to gift care packages into the community. These are some examples of how we support the QMC community." says Alana



The Parent's Association brings the QMC community together with social events throughout the calendar year, connecting parents with others in their daughter's year group.

A fun night with raffles, delicious food, silent auctions and a competitive community vying for the champion title. You don't want to miss this, it's the perfect chance for the community to come together, kick back with laughs and support the Parents' Association.

Pre-loved Uniform Sale

The QMC Parents' Association facilitates the buying and selling of second-hand uniforms

There is normally a sale in January, August (at Open Day) and in December of each year. If you wish to sell or purchase uniforms items at other times please email secondhanduniform@qmc.school.nz

For sellers, please complete this form Sellers Information. This form must be securely attached to the bag/box of uniform items. Clean pre-loved uniform items can be dropped off at to school reception during office hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm).
